I’m Ibrahim Syed, an undergraduate Computer Science student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). My interests lie at the intersection of artificial intelligence, software development, and hardware, with a particular focus on Internet of Things (IoT) and embedded systems. I have a huge passion for building simple yet innovative solutions that bridge the gap between the physical and digital tools. As part of the DAMS Lab, I contribute to the Smart Library project, developing a sensor-based system that monitors environmental conditions, such as temperature and noise, to help students find study spaces tailored to their preferences.
